Role Description
- Produce high-quality, engaging content: Create various types of content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media captions, and marketing materials, tailored to target audiences and brand voice.
- Leverage AI for productivity & ideation: Masterfully utilize generative AI tools to brainstorm original content ideas, streamline outlines, and significantly enhance overall daily productivity.
- Humanize AI-generated content: Transform and rewrite AI drafts to inject authentic human emotion, ensure natural phrasing, and perfectly align with the brand’s specific tone of voice.
- Apply social media best practices: Craft highly optimized copy for various platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of optimal caption lengths, formatting rules, algorithm-friendly text, and audience-tailored tones.
- Research and fact-check: Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure the accuracy and credibility of all content, validating any AI-assisted research with reliable sources.
- Optimize content for SEO: Incorporate relevant keywords and phrases strategically to enhance search engine visibility and organic traffic.
- Edit and proofread: Meticulously review all written work to ensure it is error-free, grammatically correct, and adheres to style guidelines, utilizing both manual review and AI-powered proofreading tools.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure content aligns with overall strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously monitor content marketing, AI advancements, and SEO best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Adapt writing style: Tailor your writing style to various formats and platforms to maintain consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints.
- Meet deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within specified timeframes.

Qualifications
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with absolute fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Writing Proficiency: Proven expertise in Web Content Writing and Social Media Content Writing in both English and Arabic.
- AI Tool Mastery: Demonstrated experience using AI platforms for copywriting, idea generation, and advanced proofreading, paired with the ability to edit AI output into high-quality human copy.
- Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of best practices for writing across different social media channels (rules, character limits, tone variation, and engagement tactics).
- Strategy & Research: Solid experience in developing Content Strategy and conducting in-depth research.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable proofreading and editing skills.
- Work Ethic: Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Bonus Skills:
