CTRL is looking for a full-time Content Creator to join our team.
We’re looking for someone creative, fast, organized, and always updated with content trends — someone who can understand the brand direction and turn it into strong daily content across Instagram, TikTok, stories, campaigns, drops, and launches.
Role includes:
Creating daily content ideas, shooting simple daily content, creating reels/stories/product content/BTS, supporting campaigns and drops, preparing shoot ideas and references, assisting in big shoots, following brand tone and visual direction, and coordinating with the social media, art direction, and marketing teams.
You’ll also be responsible for managing UGC creators — from searching for suitable creators, briefing them, following up, reviewing their content, and making sure the final output matches CTRL’s direction.
Requirements:
• Experience or strong interest in fashion/content creation
• Good eye for trends, visuals, and storytelling
• Ability to shoot and create content using a phone
• Organized and able to follow up on multiple tasks
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Must be available full-time
• Location: First Settlement, New Cairo
