Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Content Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you will craft compelling, engaging content across various platforms to elevate our brand presence and connect with our audience. Your expertise will help shape our voice in the industry while supporting marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand loyalty.
Utilize internal spec forms and write expanded copy for packaging, digital and sales content. This role combines a technical understanding of small appliances with copywriting proficiency, ensuring that all written content aligns with marketing materials and effectively engages our target audiences while also optimizing AEO and SEO needs. As well as embracing and leveraging AI to complement their work.
Duties
- Develop clear, persuasive copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, and print advertising.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive content strategies that align with brand goals.
- Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding standards.
- Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and best practices for digital marketing.
- Ensure data is consistent with past and future product development from internal teams to publishing.
- Ensure technical and content initiatives align with engineering compliance standards to build brand trust.
- Collaborate with product developers, engineering, marketing, creative and subject matter experts to understand complex product details and features.
- Research, plan, and develop comprehensive technical manuals, user guides, and product release notes.
- Review, revise, and enhance documents prepared by others, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Provide advanced writing, editing, and design support to team members, offering guidance on best practices and maintaining a high-quality standard.
- Analyze and research competitive products and strategies for key opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO and AEO trends, search algorithm changes, and content marketing techniques.
Abilities
- Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and content marketing across digital platforms with success in optimizing websites and crafting high-performing SEO content.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and copy editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Ability to conduct thorough research to produce accurate and engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Proficiency with tools like Google platforms, Excel, AI tools, Grammarly, Asana, Gmail.
