Financial Wealth Holdings whom is looking for highly motivated, results-driven Contact Centre Sales Team Leader to join our leadership team as we scale toward our 2026 growth targets. As a Contact Centre Sales Team leader, you will take full ownership of team performance, daily sales output, and conversion metrics. You will lead from the front on the floor, in the numbers, and in coaching sessions, ensuring your team of Debt Review Financial Advisors / Assessors consistently achieves sales targets, quality benchmarks, and NCR compliance standards.

This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys pace, pressure, and clear performance accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across your team
  • Manage conversion rates, contact rates, and pipeline movement
  • Lead, motivate, and performance-manage Debt Review Advisors and Assessors
  • Deliver high-impact coaching through call listening, side-by-side coaching, and one-on-ones
  • Hold advisors accountable for targets, behaviour, and output
  • Ensure all sales activity is NCR-compliant and quality-aligned
  • Manage attendance, adherence, and overall floor discipline
  • Identify underperformance early and implement corrective action plans
  • Partner with QA, Compliance, and Training teams to improve results
  • Track and report on performance metrics, trends, and improvement actions

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Contact Centre Team Manager / Sales Team Leader
  • Proven success managing sales-driven call centre teams
  • Experience in debt review, financial services, credit, insurance, or regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of conversion-led sales metrics and KPIs
  • Confident coaching and performance-management capability
  • Solid working knowledge of QA, compliance, and call monitoring
  • Comfortable managing underperformance and having tough conversations
  • Computer literate (CRM systems, diallers, Microsoft Office)
