Role Description:

Responsible for conducting market research, customer surveys, peer benchmarking, and market share analysis to identify opportunities, monitor competitive dynamics, and support the development of effective commercial strategies.

Core Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive market studies to identify trends, growth opportunities, and emerging developments in the banking sector.
  • Analyze macroeconomic and industry indicators that impact Consumer Banking performance.
  • Produce insights that support strategic planning and business development.
  • Perform peer analysis and competitive benchmarking across key banks in the Egyptian market.
  • Compare product offerings, pricing, digital capabilities, and customer propositions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the bank’s competitive positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze market share trends across key Consumer Banking products including deposits, cards, and consumer lending.
  • Design and manage customer surveys and market perception studies to assess satisfaction, product awareness, and customer needs.

Required Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Business or any Relevant Field.
  • Minimum 8 Years of experience 5 years of experience in market research, strategy, business intelligence, or banking analytics.
  • Fluent in Both Written and spoken Arabic & English Languages.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
