Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Interior Construction Laborer to join our remodeling team. You will support our skilled tradespeople by handling essential preparation, logistics, and cleanup tasks. This is a physical role requiring stamina, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Logistics: Pick up and deliver lumber, tile, cabinetry, and tools from suppliers.
- Site Preparation: Set up dust containment, lay down floor protection, and tape off work zones.
- Demolition Support: Assist in tearing out old kitchens and safely removing debris.
- Site Maintenance: Sweep, vacuum, and maintain a safe, organized job site throughout the day.
- Tool Management: Load and unload company trucks, clean equipment, and organize inventory.
- General Assistance: Help carpenters and installers with lifting, holding, and moving materials.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or manual labor preferred.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Punctual arrival at job sites or the shop every day.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety protocols.
