SUMMARY:
Introduction Puno Harvest Builders, a dynamic construction company in Gauteng, is looking for a skilled General Foreman to join our team on major road construction project that includes stormwater, sewer, and water pipeline works.
POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations on site.
- Supervise and coordinate teams involved in road, stormwater, sewer, and water pipeline works.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress, quality, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site challenges.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
- Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture on site.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in roads construction, stormwater, sewer, and water pipeline projects.
- Strong technical understanding of civil construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-site
