Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Construction Estimator/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and building materials, with the ability to build relationships. This role is essential in assisting the sales department to drive sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within the construction industry.
Duties
Sales
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction sector.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
Estimating
Prepare and present proposals, including construction estimates, to potential clients.
Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and Excel for project estimating and management.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of contracts on construction sites.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Logistics
Work with logistics manager to manage outgoing deliveries and to coordinate delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in building material estimating.
- Proficiency in using Bluebeam, Excel, or similar software tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to understand technical specifications related to construction contracts and pricing. Analytical thinking required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High School Dipolma required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
