Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (required — no exceptions)
About Us
Reversing Diabetes Revolution™ helps people manage and reverse insulin resistance through nutrition coaching. We run a high-touch coaching program built around scheduled strategy calls with our team, and we need a reliable, detail-oriented Confirmation Specialist to make sure clients show up ready.
Compensation
- Base pay: $5 USD/hour
- Show bonus: $1 USD for every confirmed appointment where the client takes a live call (a “show”). No-shows and cancellations do not count toward the bonus.
- Bonuses are tracked weekly against total calls confirmed and paid out with your regular pay.
What You’ll Do
- Call and text scheduled appointments ahead of time to confirm attendance
- Send pre-call resources and reminders to clients via text/email
- Follow up with clients who haven’t responded to secure confirmation
- Update our CRM/scheduling system with confirmation status
- Flag any reschedules, cancellations, or no-show risks to the team promptly
Requirements
- Must be available and working Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST — this is a firm requirement of the role
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls
- Clear, friendly, professional phone and texting communication
- Comfortable using a CRM or scheduling software (training provided)
- Organized, punctual, and consistent — this role is about follow-through
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in appointment setting, confirmations, or customer service
- Experience working with US-based clients or companies
Pay: R14 275,00 – R19 220,00 per month
