We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of condos and beach houses to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Clean and restock restroom facilities
- Change bed linens and prepare rooms for incoming guests
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and company standards
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
- Previous hotel, vacation rental, or residential cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Requirements
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to provide basic cleaning supplies
- Weekend availability is required
- Typical work window is between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional exceptions may apply)
Compensation
- Weekly pay
- Compensation is calculated per unit (each condo/house has a set cleaning fee)
- Opportunity for pay increase after 2 months based on performance
