Concrete Wall Foreman Jobs in Ridgway, CO at Stella Concrete Services
Stella Concrete is looking for an experienced Concrete Wall Foreman to join our team and run wall crews on both residential and commercial projects in the Telluride, Ridgway & Montrose areas. Daily company transportation provided from Montrose if needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in large concrete wall construction
- Ability to read blueprints and follow/direct construction plans
- Ability to lead crews, coordinate work activities, and hit production goals
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay (DOE)
- 6 paid leave days start accruing immediately upon hire
- 5 paid holidays annually after 90 days employment
- 401K plan eligibility after 1 year employment (with 4% company matching)
- Weekends off with optional Saturday overtime sometimes available.
- Most crews work four 9s or 10s with half-day Fridays, but some choose to work up to 6 days a week when overtime is available.
- All work comp and general liability insurance coverage with safety training provided
