Job Description
{{ORGANIZATION}} is looking for a Concrete Finisher to join our team. This position will be responsible for the finishing of concrete slabs, walls, floors, and other concrete structures. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of concrete and a willingness to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and finish concrete slabs, walls, floors, and other concrete structures.
- Mixing, pouring, leveling, compressing and finishing concrete.
- Apply finish coat over all exposed concrete.
- Clean up all debris and remove from job site.
- Inspect work for quality control purposes.
- Report quality issues to supervisor.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Skills Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks competing for your time.
- Ability to use power tools safely.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in a confined space.
- Ability to walk on hard surfaces and on all types of terrain including gravel, dirt, and hard surfaces.
- Must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
