Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Specialist Consultant to join our Vodacom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with Vodacom products and services, driving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to prepare Store for trade
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of product area as per retailer specifications
- Welcome customers, offer information and direct them to the correct departments.
- Manage queues to ensure BEST customer experience.
- Minimise delays and manage Staff to ensure quick speedy service
- Maintain positive working relationships with Store employees and Customers
- Strategize to enhance Customer Service, drive Store sales and enhance profitability
- Engage with customers and ensure excellent Customer service in all interactions
- Ensure every Customer visit is made world class with an unforgettable experience
- Manage internal staff Biometrics (time management) and lunch and tea
- Ensuring opening and closing procedures followed
Requirements:
· Matric / Grade 12
· Experience in hospitality industry and hotel customer service experience.
· Retail or sales experience (telecommunications experience is an advantage)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer service orientated
· Basic computer and POS system knowledge
· Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
· Previous Cellular knowledge advantageous
Package
Basic salary plus incentives.
Salary negotiable based on experience
