Key Responsibilities
•Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and frameworks.
• Manage salary benchmarking activities and market surveys to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
• Administer annual salary reviews, promotions, allowances, and incentive programs in line with approved guidelines.
• Support the design and administration of short-term and long-term incentive programs and employee recognition initiatives.
• Monitor and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring effective utilization, cost efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure that the issued offers in alignment with approved salary structures, budgets, and internal equity guidelines.
• Analyze offer acceptance and rejection rates, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance the organization's talent attraction and competitiveness.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data and provide recommendations to support workforce planning, retention, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual manpower cost and compensation budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and approved workforce plans.
• Monitor compensation and benefits expenditures against the approved budget and provide monthly variance analysis and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable labor laws, company policies, and governance requirements.
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, and management presentations to support decision-making.
• Participate in compensation-related projects, HR system enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Human Resources, or related functions.
• Experience within large organizations, real estate developers, holding groups, or diversified business environments is preferred.
• Strong expertise in compensation management, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
• Proven ability to analyze compensation data and develop recommendations that support business and workforce objectives.
• Strong knowledge of job grading methodologies, salary structures, and total rewards practices.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and advisory capabilities.
• Proficiency in HR systems, Excel, and compensation analytics tools.
