Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Company Accountant with HR & Payroll experience to join our team in Johannesburg. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing accounting and bookkeeping functions, managing payroll processes, and supporting HR administration within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company accounting and bookkeeping processes
- Oversee payroll processing and payroll administration
- Handle HR administration and employee-related documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting and payroll procedures
- Assist with organisational and administrative functions
- Support internal processes with professionalism and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven accounting and bookkeeping experience
- HR administration experience
- Payroll processing experience
- Experience with Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
