Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Community Manager to join our on-site team at Résidence L'écrin in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The Community Manager will establish and maintain relationships with guests, manage communication channels, and foster a vibrant community atmosphere at the residence. Responsibilities include organizing events and activities, engaging with residents to ensure their needs are met, managing social media and digital communications, and acting as a liaison between residents and management. Additionally, the Community Manager will work to enhance the guest experience and promote the values and services of Résidence L'écrin.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and ensuring resident satisfaction
- Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation
- Excellent organizational and event planning skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Proficiency in both English and French is highly desirable
- Proficiency in common office tools and communication software
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
