Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Algiers for a Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with the community across various platforms, managing social media channels, and overseeing the development of content to foster meaningful interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in social media management, community building, and engagement
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and creative storytelling
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics tools, and online branding
- Proficiency in communication strategies, both written and verbal, and fostering active collaboration
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends in community behavior, and present actionable insights
- Problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, and ability to manage tasks effectively
- Understanding of cultural contexts and excellence in fostering inclusivity in interactions
- Fluency in French & Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
