Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, reliable Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team. This hands-on role involves responding to roof leak calls, completing contract repairs, and representing the company on-site with professionalism and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, prioritize safety, and have a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and progress
- Perform and oversee service and contract repair work on various roofing systems
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies
- Document work through photos and written reports, including before, during, and after conditions
- Represent the company professionally at all times while on job sites
- Train and lead service crew as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR
- Ability to identify roofing deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
- Proficient in hands-on repairs and service work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Able to interact professionally with customers on-site
- Competent in documenting service calls with photos and notes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs alone and work in various outdoor conditions
