Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Commercial Manager will oversee all commercial activities to ensure business growth and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing contracts and negotiations, overseeing team performance, analyzing market data, and ensuring profitability through effective planning and management. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Commercial Management and Business Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, performance data, and cost optimization
- Expertise in Contract Management, including negotiation and compliance
- Team Management skills, including leadership, coordination, and personnel development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field (MBA is a plus)
- Familiarity with the local business environment in Cairo and fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
