Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
- Collaborate with contractors, employees to review schematics and design plans.
- Maintain clear communication with contractors and employees throughout the project.

- Excellent communication skills to employees and contractors.
- Excellent time management skills that enable efficient prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to travel to job sites.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be 25+ years old.
