This role plays a critical part in managing contract compliance, resolving commercial disputes, and ensuring alignment between operational teams, billing assurance, and finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Contract Governance: Support the end‑to‑end management and oversight of FTTH commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and internal governance frameworks.
- Dispute Resolution: Lead and coordinate the resolution of commercial disputes with partners, vendors, or stakeholders, ensuring timely and fair outcomes.
- Compliance Tracking: Monitor compliance of contractual terms, SLAs, and commercial commitments, escalating variances where necessary.
- Commercial Risk Mitigation: Work closely with Billing Assurance and Finance Business Partners (FBP) to identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and revenue‑related risks.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contract statuses, dispute logs, compliance issues, and resolution outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact between commercial, legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure cohesive decision‑making.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in telecommunications, ideally within fibre broadband / FTTH environments.
- Strong background in commercial contracts, vendor management, or contract administration.
- Proven experience handling commercial disputes and facilitating resolutions.
- Solid understanding of billing processes, revenue assurance, or commercial finance.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Law, Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Professional experience in telecom commercial operations (advantageous).
