Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign tasks to cleaning staff, ensuring efficient workflow
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure success
- Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Communicate with clients and managers to coordinate cleaning schedules
- Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork
- Oversee special projects such as carpet, floor, and window care
- Respond to emergency work orders and assist at various locations
- Provide coverage at different sites when staff are absent
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous supervisory or management experience in cleaning, custodial, or janitorial services
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, or emergencies as needed)
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and special projects if required
- Valid driver’s license required
