Based on site at our contact centre in Cape Town, Foreshore, you’ll be working Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Monitoring: Oversee daily operations of a team of call center associates, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

  • Coaching & Performance: Provide effective coaching to direct reports regularly to meet performance metrics, conducting evaluations at least weekly.

  • Performance Management: Identify performance issues, develop improvement plans, and execute corrective actions, including potential terminations.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial targets.

  • Communication & Updates: Clearly communicate expectations and provide timely updates to employees.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Handle escalated customer calls, offering expert solutions and guidance.

  • Team Meetings & Activities: Conduct team meetings to share information and gather feedback, organizing team activities for engagement.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on internal processes, policies, and procedures. Attend necessary manager development training sessions.

  • Values Promotion: Uphold and advocate for Concentrix values through positive behavior and attitude.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education & Experience: Preferably an Associate’s degree in a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

  • Leadership Skills: Highly motivated with the ability to develop and coach team members to meet performance expectations.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Skilled in leading teams in multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.

  • Mentorship Ability: Proven ability to mentor and guide a team effectively

    Experience of collections is essential for this role
