Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist based in New Cairo. The Collections Specialist will manage debt collection efforts, communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments, and ensure timely cash collections. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, resolving payment discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service to foster positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Background or knowledge in Finance
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to resolve payment discrepancies with tact and professionalism
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools is a plus
- Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
