We’re looking for a Collections Specialist (High-Volume Recovery) to join our team — a high-performance role focused on driving results, recovering revenue, and engaging clients with confidence and professionalism.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage a daily list of clients who have missed payments (“bounce list”)
* Proactively engage clients via calls, SMS, and email until contact is established
* Drive immediate payment recovery as the primary objective
* Negotiate and implement realistic payment plans where full recovery is not possible
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and outcomes

📊 What’s Expected of You:
* Work and rework your assigned list multiple times daily (high-volume outreach)
* Follow a structured contact approach:
* Two consecutive calls
* Followed by SMS and email communication
* Provide end-of-day reporting with clear notes and statuses per client
* Monitor both daily and weekly payers, taking decisive action when required
* Take full ownership of your pipeline and performance

* Proven experience in collections, debt recovery, or high-volume outbound calling in the US market
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* High levels of accountability, resilience, and persistence
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and work across systems efficiently
* A team player who can collaborate while still delivering individual results
