Wednesday 10:00-7:00 + Rotating Off
Thursday 9:30-6:30

Job Responsibilities
- Collection Calls
- Payment Processing
- Account Maintenance
- Manage the aging and recency of all outstanding receivables, attempting to reduce the percent of payments in various aging buckets
- Help work with past due customers to develop a plan to get their account current in a reasonable time frame
- Solicit and take payments from customers on all outstanding vehicle balances, including in-person cashiering and customer training on kiosk payments
- Make collections phone calls and enter notes in the collections CRM, including updating customer address, insurance information, employer and contact information
- Enter new loans into the collections CRM
- Enter new vehicle inventory into the CRM
- Meet collection goals including delinquency targets and cash collections
- Continually improve collection rates and maximize recovery dollars
- Ensure adherence to all corporate policies and procedures
- Adhere to federal, state, local and client requirements
- Aid in all other duties as assigned by Auto Credit Manager
Requirements
- Strong customer experience skills and desire to help people
- Must have fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Must display good people, negotiation & time management skills
- Must be reliable and ethical
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload in a timely manner
- Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
- Must have a professional presentation and demeanor
- Must be a team player who is committed to learning
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check
Job Type: Full-time
