Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Collections Specialist (محصل) fluent in Saudi dialect. The role focuses on managing collections activities across WAJJAD’s platforms, including contacting clients, following up on outstanding payments, and negotiating repayment plans in a professional and courteous manner. The Collections Specialist will monitor account statuses, update records accurately, and coordinate with internal finance and customer success teams to resolve issues impacting payments. They will use WAJJAD’s digital tools to track collection performance, ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations, and escalate complex cases when needed. The role also involves preparing concise reports on collection progress, providing feedback to improve collection processes, and maintaining strong client relationships while protecting the organization’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Strong collections and accounts receivable skills, including payment follow-up, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, with native-level fluency in Saudi dialect, and good written and spoken English for internal coordination.
- Comfort working with digital platforms, CRM systems, and basic financial tools; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and solid organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and remain calm under pressure.
- Understanding of basic collection regulations and ethical standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
- Previous experience in collections, customer accounts, or financial operations, preferably in B2B or technology-driven environments.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
