Position: Colleague Experience Content Creator

As the Colleague Experience Content Creator, you’ll be at the heart of everything we share with our people – from snappy social media posts to full‑blown video campaigns. You’ll bring our company’s personality to life across internal and external platforms like Viva Engage, Sigma Net, Linked In, and more.
You’ll partner with teams in People, Talent, and HR to dream up and deliver content that’s vibrant, human, and unmistakably Sigma.

What Your Day‑to‑Day Will Look Like
This role isn’t for someone who simply posts content. We want a creator who sees stories where others see everyday moments, loves bringing ideas to life, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
You’re the kind of person who…
- Lives and breathes content creation from brainstorming to filming, editing and publishing.
- Has a strong eye for design and creates scroll‑stopping graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects) and explores new tools.
- Is confident behind camera and lens with experience in photography, videography, lighting, editing and content that people want to watch.
- Understands social media beyond trends, knowing what works, why it works and how to adapt content across platforms.
- Is highly organised and manages multiple campaigns, deadlines and content calendars using tools like Notion or
- Can write compelling copy that sounds human, engaging and authentic for posts, recruitment campaigns, newsletters or scripts.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly and identifies opportunities, solves problems and keeps creating.
- Brings fresh ideas, is naturally curious, always looking for new trends and innovative ways to showcase people and culture.
- Works brilliantly with others, collaborating with colleagues across People, Talent, Marketing and Operations and building strong relationships.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience creating employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing content calendars and social media scheduling tools.
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- Photography or videography.
- Experience producing short‑form content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts.
- A portfolio that showcases creativity, storytelling and high‑quality content production.
