Clothing Production & Technical Coordinator Jobs in Maitland at Ancient Spirit

Ancient Spirit is looking for an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented, Production & Technical Coordinator to join our growing fashion business.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on coordination, follow-through, problem-solving and ensuring production runs smoothly from development through to delivery.

We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, proactive, technically strong, and able to independently manage multiple moving parts across production, suppliers and CMTs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Managing production timelines and critical path follow-up

* Coordinating with CMTs to ensure on-time and accurate production

* Managing cut sheets, markers, grading follow-up and production workflow

* Quality control and checking bulk stock against approved samples

* Tracking stock coming in and out of the studio

* Managing repairs, shortages and production discrepancies

* Coordinating deliveries between studio, factories and suppliers

* Following up on outstanding production issues proactively

* Assisting with fit comments, garment construction and technical problem-solving

* Working closely with design, patternmaking and production teams to ensure smooth execution

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in clothing production, manufacturing or technical coordination

* Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, fit and production processes

* Excellent organisational and follow-up skills

* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

* Good communication and problem-solving skills

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

* Production management, clothing management or fashion qualification advantageous

* Patternmaking knowledge beneficial

* Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport essential

Position details: Full-time position

Monday – Friday | 8am – 4pm
