We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Services Manager to act as the bridge between clients and internal project teams, ensuring smooth operational delivery and strong client relationships across multiple accounts.

This role is focused on client communication, project coordination, operational planning, and ensuring that deliverables, timelines, and workflows are managed effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring structure, accountability, visibility, and calm under pressure while supporting both the team and client experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project momentum, proactively managing communication, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered thoroughly and efficiently from briefing through to completion.

Higher certificate/diploma/BA degree in marketing, communications, project management, or similar qualification, with the following experience and skills:

5+ years’ experience in client services, project management, operations coordination, or account management

Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously

Experience coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and client communication across fast-moving projects

Ability to identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and gaps proactively and implement solutions effectively

Strong planning, organisational, and follow-through skills with high attention to detail

Confident managing client relationships, expectations, updates, and escalation points professionally

Ability to translate client requirements into actionable project plans and clear internal workflows

Comfortable supporting leadership with workflow planning, project tracking, and operational coordination

Analytical and solution-driven with the ability to simplify complex requirements into structured action plans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset

Proficient in project management and collaboration tools

Calm under pressure, proactive in communication, adaptable, and capable of bringing structure and clarity to busy operational environments

Key responsibilities include:
Managing project timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows across multiple client accounts

Coordinating communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery continuity

Maintaining visibility across project status, resourcing, and outstanding actions

Ensuring accountability, follow-through, and proactive escalation management where required

Supporting operational planning and workflow optimisation to improve efficiency and delivery standards

Assisting in creating a positive, organised, and solutions-focused client and team experience
