Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a client-focused role within the property and finance space.
This position involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward suitable property-related solutions. You will work closely with internal teams while taking ownership of your own client interactions and pipeline.
Key Duties
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce available property and financing services
- Maintain regular contact with clients and manage ongoing communication
- Assess client needs and provide relevant guidance on available options
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure opportunities are progressed efficiently
- Keep consistent follow-ups to maintain a high standard of service
Candidate Profile
- Background in sales, customer service, or call-based roles
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Well-organised, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a team
- Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
- Own laptop
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
