Client Liaison
We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and goal-oriented Client Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing client relationships, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and capable of handling challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and expectations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery
- Communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to relevant internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition process
- Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to support retention and business growth
- Resolve client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities
Requirements
- Previous client liaison or customer relations experience preferred (minimum 1 year advantageous)
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within a professional environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to accommodate varying client needs
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices will be advantageous
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-driven
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00
Please note that this is a full-time position.
Salary Range
R6,000 – R14,000 per month
Pay: R6 000,00 – R14 000,00 per month
