Client Liaison – Boksburg
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who is ready to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service or project delivery.
- Communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition process.
- Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to support client retention and business growth.
- Resolve issues and manage conflicts efficiently during client engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a client liaison or client-facing role (preferred).
- Proven experience working directly with clients in a similar industry or environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable and flexible in handling different client needs and situations.
- Understanding of sales techniques and strategies will be advantageous.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.

- 08:00 – 17:00
