You will play a key role in maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through professional communication and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer experiences.
- Communicate client feedback, concerns, and requirements effectively to relevant team members.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional products and services to existing clients.
- Assist the sales team with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition process.
- Monitor client accounts and performance to support client retention and business growth.
- Resolve challenges and conflicts quickly while maintaining professionalism and positive client relationships.
Requirements
- Previous client liaison or client-facing experience preferred (minimum 1 year advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable, flexible, and capable of managing varying client needs.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices will be advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport are essential.

Salary
- R6,000 – R14,000 per month
