E&C Telecommunications is actively expanding throughout the Fort Wayne area and hiring motivated individuals for our Client Enrollment Associate team. As demand for faster fiber internet and reliable telecommunications services continues to grow, we are looking for individuals who are comfortable working directly with customers and supporting daily sales and enrollment efforts.
This is a full-time, in-person sales role focused on face-to-face customer interaction, fiber internet enrollments, account setup, and customer support. The Client Enrollment Associate plays a key role in helping customers explore telecommunications solutions that improve connectivity at home while supporting overall customer satisfaction and business growth.
Client Enrollment Associate Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face sales interactions
- Present fiber internet services, pricing, promotions, and telecommunications solutions clearly and professionally
- Assist customers with service enrollments, account setup, activations, and upgrades
- Answer customer questions regarding internet services, billing, connectivity options, and account information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and completed sales activity
- Track daily outreach and work toward consistent sales and customer service goals
- Represent E&C Telecommunications professionally during all customer interactions
- Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and follow-up support

- Comfortable in a customer-facing sales environment with daily customer interaction
- Reliable, organized, and consistent with daily activity and follow-up
- Interest in sales, fiber internet, telecommunications, or customer service
- Motivated by performance, growth opportunities, and earning potential
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or telecommunications is helpful but not required

Pay: $900.00 – $1,500.00 per week
