Client Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Performing daily duties as a Client Account Representative with professionalism and accuracy
- Educating customers on available products, services, and account options
- Resolving basic account questions and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Following all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Providing a positive and consistent experience as a Client Account Representative
Client Account Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, retail, or account support experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
