Job Description
- Compiling and organizing data, performing calculations, formatting, and preparing reports.
- Processing and coding documents.
- Managing comprehensive records and filing systems.
- Creating and preparing statistical reports.
- Resolving discrepancies and coordinating with administrative and professional staff.

Qualifications
- Must be an endowed active member of the Church.
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree or HND in bilingual secretarial studies, plus at least four years of experience in a similar field.
- Ability to apply advanced skills relevant to the role.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to speak and write French fluently will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to adapt procedures, tools, and processes to meet role demands.
- Capacity to perform diverse and complex tasks requiring originality and good judgment.
- Ability to guide, train, assign, and review the work of junior employees when necessary.
