In this role you will be responsible for:
- Administer all Human Resources Development (HRD) activities and training processes.
- Capture, update and maintain employee and contractor training records on SAP.
- Create and manage SAP catalogue requests for training events, qualifications and competencies.
- Coordinate training bookings, venue arrangements, attendance registers and training logistics.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy training records and employee training files.
- Monitor training documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and ISO audit readiness.
- Process purchase requisitions and orders for training-related goods and services.
- Provide reception, telephone and general administrative support to the HRD Department.
- Always maintain confidentiality of employee information and training records.
About you:
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- Certificate in OD-ETDP, Office Administration or related field will be advantageous.
- Computer literate (MS Office and SAP)
- 2-3 Years’ experience in similar environment
