Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces on a regular basis.
Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
Handle the secure and prompt delivery of messages, documents, and packages within the organization.
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information during messenger tasks.
Prioritize and plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency.
Obtain signatures and confirm receipt of delivered items when required.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth and timely deliveries.
Assist in the preparation and packaging of items for delivery.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / FSLC
0-1 year work experience.
Salary
45,000 – 65,000
