Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims Clerk to join their team. They are in the service industry running a fleet of vehicles. They are looking for a Clerk who will be responsible for managing the claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Coalition of all documents required to make a claim i.e.:
- Formal Police report
- Photos
- Insurance policy details
- Driver’s license
- Witness statements
- If necessary, medical reports
- Review and process claim submissions, verifying completeness and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Analyze claim data and documentation to assess eligibility and determine appropriate outcomes.
- Communication with insurance agents, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of claims activities and decisions in the claims management system.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in claims processing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of claims management processes and relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
