Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Site Supervisor based in Guinea. The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading site teams, coordinating with contractors, monitoring project timelines, managing on-site resources, conducting quality control, and resolving any on-site issues efficiently. The role requires effective communication and close collaboration with technical and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively and ensure efficient operations.
- Experience in Site Supervision and On-Site operations to oversee construction activities and manage daily tasks.
- Proficiency in Quality Control standards and practices to ensure projects meet required specifications and regulations.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, contractors, and project managers.
- Relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management is preferred.
- Understanding of safety standards and ability to enforce compliance on-site.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage.
