POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
- Design civil services for municipal, commercial, and industrial developments
- Deliver technical designs for roads, stormwater, sewer, water services, ducting, and bulk earthworks
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and technical specifications in line with SANS standards
- Conduct site inspections and chair site meetings
- Perform contract administration and construction monitoring
- Prepare as‑built drawings and close‑out reports
- Engage with clients and contribute innovative, cost‑effective engineering solutions
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in municipal infrastructure and building environment projects
- Exposure to both greenfield and brownfield developments
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil Designer
- Confident client communicator and problem solver
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables under pressure
- Access to own vehicle for site visits
Qualification:
- BTech in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering Technologist (PrTechEng), or eligible to register within 12 months
