Job Purpose
Neoking Trading is looking to hire a recent civil engineering graduate with the intention of providing practical exposure and hands-on experience in civil engineering projects. The intern will assist with site supervision, project administration, quality control, and technical support while gaining industry knowledge and professional development.
Duties will include the following, but not be limited to:
- Assist with the supervision and monitoring of construction activities on site.
- Support the site manager in the administration of the projects.
- Conduct site inspections and report on project progress.
- Assist in measuring quantities and preparing material schedules.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Assist in compiling daily diaries for daily tasks.
- Assist with quality assurance and quality control inspection checklists.
- Maintain project records, drawings, and filing systems.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the site manager.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- S1-S3 / 3 years in civil engineering.
- Recently seeking practical workplace experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clear health record
- Clear criminal record
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
