🚀 Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: Alexandria, Egypt (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Compensation: $8,000–$12,000 USD/month.

We've partnered with a global B2B SaaS company entering a major technical transformation. With a legacy enterprise platform and a launched cloud product, the focus is now on accelerating cloud migration and modernizing the tech stack as they go into their next phase of scale.
🎯 The Role:
Lead ~120 people across Engineering, QA, Architecture & Tech and drive a multi-year transformation to:
☁️ Migrate majority of customers from legacy to cloud
🛠 Modernize a highly customized B2B SaaS platform
🤖 Embed AI capabilities
📈 Elevate engineering standards & delivery maturity
👥 Strengthen and evolve inherited teams
You'll be both strategic + hands-on – you'll be able to challenge architecture and code quality (despite not coding daily).
✅ Ideal Profile:
- Strong B2B SaaS background
- Proven legacy → cloud transformation experience
- AI experience commercially is a must have.
- Managed senior engineering organizations of at least 40+ people.
- Experience with Azure, JavaScript, C#, TypeScript preferred.

Based in Alexandria (Tues–Thurs office)
