Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall retail strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Lead retail expansion plans, including new store openings and market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the electronics industry.
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and operational scalability.
  • Oversee daily retail operations across all stores and regions.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and consistency across branches.
  • Develop and implement retail SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
  • Monitor store productivity, KPIs, and sales targets.
  • Ensure inventory optimization and stock availability across locations.
  • Analyze sales performance reports and implement corrective action plans.
  • Improve conversion rates, basket size, and overall customer purchasing behavior.
  • Ensure proper execution of merchandising and visual display standards.
  • Develop and enhance customer experience strategies across retail channels.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional managers, store managers, and retail teams.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
  • Review P&L reports and identify opportunities for margin improvement.
  • Ensure cost optimization while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Support retail digital transformation initiatives and omnichannel strategies.
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation and technology solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and legal regulations.
  • Monitor risk management, security, and loss prevention measures.
  • Ensure health & safety standards across all retail locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • 12–18+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably within electronics or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-branch retail operations.
  • Strong commercial, operational, and strategic management background.
  • Experience in retail transformation and expansion projects.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory management, and customer experience strategies.
