Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. They will direct the company’s finance operations, provide strategic financial insights, and align the organization’s financial planning with its business objectives. The CFO will also lead efforts to enhance overall financial performance and manage risks effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and proficiency in creating and managing financial strategies
- Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Deep knowledge of Finance principles and advanced Analytical Skills
- Proven ability to lead financial operations and provide strategic recommendations
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Prior experience in financial management roles within financial technology or payment industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
