This role is open to candidates with relevant experierence and willing to relocate internationally. Caribbean, African, and international experience will all be considered.
We are partnering with a globally recognised, top-tier car rental and mobility brand in the Caribbean seeking an experienced and commercially driven CEO to lead the next phase of expansion and operational transformation.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on executive leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and enjoys building businesses through strong operational execution, commercial growth, and strategic leadership.
The business operates a multi-site, asset-intensive operation with approximately 60 employees and ambitious expansion plans already underway.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead significant fleet and operational expansion
- Drive revenue growth and market share in a competitive market
- Develop premium customer experience initiatives and airport-focused offerings
- Expand corporate partnerships, leasing, hospitality, and local commercial channels
- Launch and scale new franchise/agent-style operating models
- Take full ownership of business performance, execution, and P&L delivery
Ideal Background:
- Previous CEO, COO, MD, or General Management leadership experience
- Strong operational and commercial leadership capability
- Experience within car rental, automotive, mobility, hospitality, logistics, aviation services, equipment rental, retail, or similarly service-led sectors advantageous
- Proven experience leading multi-site operations and teams of 50+ employees
- Strong financial and strategic acumen with the ability to execute at pace
- MBA, CA(SA), CPA, or similar qualifications advantageous but not essential
