• Proven senior leadership experience within loyalty, rewards, customer engagement, incentive, fintech, or related sectors.
• Strong commercial and operational leadership capability.

• Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building ability.
• Financial acumen and experience managing business performance.
• Relevant tertiary qualification essential. MBA advantageous.
