- Minimum 7-10 years of accounting experience, with proven hands‑on experience in both Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Egypt
- Strong practical experience applying IFRS in multi‑entity environments
- Solid experience in KSA VAT (registration, filing, reconciliation, audits)
- Solid experience in Egyptian VAT & Tax regulations (VAT, WHT, payroll tax)
- Managing month‑end and year‑end closings across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience dealing with KSA & Egypt statutory auditors and tax authorities
- Handling intercompany transactions between KSA and Egypt entities
- Strong exposure to cash flow management, banking, and reconciliations in both markets
- Experience working with ERP / accounting systems used in regional operations
- Ability to support management with cross‑country financial reporting and analysis
