Job Responsibilities:
- Lead current state analysis of complex, cross-functional processes using various analytical techniques.
- Design and develop future-state process models that optimize efficiency, customer experience, and compliance.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities with quantified benefits.
- Develop detailed implementation roadmaps and transition plans.
- Design and implement comprehensive SLA frameworks for re-engineered processes.
- Define meaningful KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business outcomes.
- Establish baseline measurements and target setting methodologies.
- Create monitoring dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead medium to large process re-engineering projects end-to-end.
- Coordinate with business units, IT, and other stakeholders during implementation.
- 5-7 years of experience in business process improvement, re-engineering, or management consulting.
- Business Analysis certification is preferred (Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification or CBAF/P).
